Delivery and returns

Delivery

• We deliver to UK mainland addresses. For anywhere else, contact us before ordering.
• Orders paid by PayPal are dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once the payment has cleared.
• We'll email you when your order is on its way. If anything arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with a photo and we'll put it right.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email at support@nlwmediasolutions.uk with your order number, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

• Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to check it works.
• You pay the cost of returning an item unless it's faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
• We'll refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the item back, using the same payment method.

Faulty items

If something is faulty, you're entitled to a refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement after that, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us with your order number and a description of the fault and we'll arrange collection or a return at our cost.
