Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Don't try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, or use it to send spam. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

IT services

IT support, website and other services are provided under a separate quote or agreement that sets out what's included, the price and any response times. If anything on this website conflicts with your agreement, the agreement takes priority.

Buying from our shop

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or was priced in error — and will refund you in full if so.
• Payment is taken by PayPal (including card payments through PayPal) or by bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.
• Delivery, cancellation and returns are covered in our delivery and returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Products should be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Where we supply equipment only, installation is your responsibility unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit where you're buying as a consumer. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
